Wabash College provides 16 semesters of dependent tuition assistance to all eligible full‑time employees.

Eligibility requirements vary by program:

  • To participate in the GLCA Tuition Exchange, Tuition Exchange, or Tuition Reimbursement programs, employees must have completed five (5) years of service to the College.
  • To receive the Tuition Remission benefit for dependents attending Wabash College, employees must have completed one (1) year of service.

Eligible dependents may choose from four tuition assistance programs:

  1. GLCA Tuition Exchange GLCA Web site
  2. Tuition Exchange Tuition Exchange
  3. Tuition Remission at Wabash College – Male dependents may attend Tuition free if they meet Admissions requirements
  4. Tuition Reimbursement – Up to $2,500 per year
