Wabash College provides eligible employees with Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage through Lincoln Financial Group.
This employer‑paid benefit provides 1.5 times your annual earnings, with a minimum benefit of $10,000 and a maximum benefit of $50,000 (2026 Benefit Guide)
Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance
Employees may also purchase additional Life and AD&D coverage through Lincoln Financial Group’s Voluntary Life plan.
Coverage is available for:
- Employees (up to 5× salary, max $750,000)
- Spouses (up to 50% of employee amount)
- Children (flat amounts available)
