Updated Tax Form Instructions

Please use the appropriate tax form(s) below. It may be necessary to update your tax withholding elections after certain life changes, including:

  • The birth or adoption of a child
  • When a child is no longer a dependent
  • A change in marital status (Married or Single)
  • A move that affects your county tax code
  • Any other qualifying life event

If you need to update your state county code, please also complete the State Form WH‑4 after your move.
