Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided through EmployeeConnect in partnership with Lincoln Financial, offers confidential support for you and your household members. It is available 24/7 at no cost and provides help with personal, family, emotional, legal, and financial challenges.

Who Is Eligible?

The EAP is available to:

  • All employees
  • Household members
  • Dependents (including minors not living at home)

There is no cost for EAP services.

Lincoln Financial’s EAP provides support for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Stress, anxiety, or depression
  • Marital/relationship or family issues
  • Substance use
  • Grief and loss
  • Financial concerns (budgeting, debt, credit)
  • Legal issues (wills, landlord matters, custody, divorce)
  • Work‑life needs (childcare, eldercare, housing, pet care, contractors)

Counseling Sessions Included

Your EAP offers:

  • Up to five sessions per topic, per person, per year with a local counselor
  • Sessions available in‑person, by phone, or via telehealth

These sessions are confidential and not shared with the employer.

All EAP services are confidential. No information is shared with your employer unless you provide written permission.
