Knowledge Base - Scanned documents not delivered to inbox

If you cannot find documents that were supposedly scanned and emailed to you, check Outlook's Junk folder. If the scanned documents are there, the user should go to the Junk settings in the ribbon and choose Junke Email Options. The filter should be set to "No automatic filtering" to insure that scanned documents will be delivered to the Inbox.
