The Arts of Africa
An introduction to the traditional art and architecture of sub-Saharan Africa. The focus is on the arts in cultural context from major style areas of Nigeria, the Guinea Coast, and central, eastern, and southern Africa. This course is offered in the spring semester, 2007-2008.
