Sophomore Casey Gioielli (Cincinnati, OH/Indian Hills) scored his first goal as a Little Giant to create the extra period for the Little Giants. But for the second time this season in a North Coast Athletic Conference game, the opponent was able to get the game-winner in the sudden-death exta period.
Wabash is 1-6, 0-2 in the NCAC. The Little Giants will travel to Terre Haute to face Rose-Hulman on Wednesday.
