He was a 20-7 victor over Josh Barrier in the first match of the day, then won his next match to advance to the championship bout. Miller defeated Manchester's Danny Irwin 6-1 in the championship match to claim the title at 157-pounds.

Healy was also the top seed at 174 pounds. He recorded two pins in his first two matches to move into the championship match. He defeated J.J. Davis of Manchester 14-3 in the final match to finish 3-0 for the day to claim the title.

Hong took second place at 125 pounds. The sophomore wrestler won his first match 12-5, then took a 9-1 victory in his second trip to the mat. He lost when he was pinned by Nick Iannarelli in the championship bout.

Kuhne was the fourth seed at 197 pounds. He won his opening match 13-4 before falling to the consolation bracket after being pinned by eventual champion Justin Torres. He came roaring back in the bottom bracket by winning his final two matches, including a 9-8 victory in the third-place match.

Scanlon made his first appearance on the mat this season after spending the fall as a starter on the Wabash football team. He won his first match at 285-pounds against Ryan Morris 4-0. A loss to Ryan Tiseo of Olivet sent Scanlon to the consolation bracket where he won his final two matches to take third place.
