Tennis Team Swept by Wittenberg

The Wabash tennis team traveled to Wittenberg University on Saturday, losing a 7-0 decision to the Tigers in North Coast Athletic Conference action.

Senior Daniel Altman (Monticello, IN/Twin Lakes) took Wittenberg's Eric Cusick to three sets. Altman won the opening set 6-4, but lost 6-1 and 6-3 in the final two sets.

Wabash moves to 11-7 overall for the season, 1-2 in the NCAC Western Division. The Little Giants will finish the regular season with two matches this week. Wabash will face Illinois Wesleyan on Wednesday afternoon before traveling to Ohio Wesleyan on Saturday.
