DesJean, Claxton Earn All-Conference Honors

Wabash College junior basketball players Joe DesJean (Indianapolis, IN/Perry Meridian) and Brady Claxton (Shelbyville, IN/Shelbyville) were named to the All-North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Team. DesJean was a First Team selection for the second consecutive season. Claxton earned a spot as a member of the All-Conference Second Team.

DesJean led the Little Giants in scoring this season, averaging 18 points per contest. He led the NCAC in rebounding with 9.8 boards per game, and in blocked shots with 61. He also topped the field goal shooting percentage list in the conference, hitting 170-of-285 shots (.596) in 26 games. He scored his 1,000 point and grabbed his 600th career rebound earlier this season to become only the eighth Wabash player to accomplish the feat.

Claxton averaged 16.5 points per game, the second-best scoring average for Wabash and eighth in the NCAC. He was also eighth in field goal shooting (.468) and fifth in three-point field goals per game (2.04). This is Claxton's first selection to the all-conference team.
