Wabash to Host First-Round Game of NCAC Basketball Championship Tourney

Chadwick Court will be the site of a first round game of the 2002 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Championship on Tuesday, February 19 as Wabash will take on Denison University at 7:30 p.m.

The Little Giants earned the third seed in the tournament, finishing the season 14-10 with an 11-5 mark in conference play. Denison, the sixth seed in the tournament, finished with a 6-19 overall record and 6-10 conference record. Denison took the sixth seed in a tie-breaker procedure with 6-10 Earlham College and 6-10 Allegheny.

Tipoff for the first round will be at 7:30 p.m. at Chadwick Court. Tickets will be available at the door.

The NCAC Championship Tournament continues on Friday, February 22 and Saturday, February 23. The semi-final and championship games will be played at the highest remaining seed based on Tuesday's results.
