Stump Bounces Back in January Diving Classic

Freshman diver Aaron Stump (Valparaiso, IN/Valparaiso) came back from striking the diving board on Friday night to compete in the Wabash January Diving Classic, held Friday and Saturday at the Class of 1950 Natatorium.

Stump hit the board with his hand midway through a dive on Friday night, but continued to compete and took sixth place on the one-meter board with a total of 240.55 points. He improved one place in Saturday's three-meter competition, finishing in fifth place (285.70).

Sophomore Kway Gordon (Mobile, AL/McGill Toolen) was seventh in both the one-meter(237.45) and three-meter (233.20) competitions.
