Little Giant Golfers Brave Weather at Hanover Invitational

The Wabash College golf team braved gusting winds, cold temperatures, and rock-hard greens to finish sixth at the Hanover Invitational, held Sunday and Monday at the Shadowwood Golf Course in Seymour, IN.

Eight teams and 50 golfers competed in the near-winter conditions as the wind chills dropped to the teens over the two-day period.

Rob McCourt (Greenwood, IN/Greenwood) fired a two-round total of 177 to finish 21st for the Little Giants. Adam Berry (Evansville, IN/Reitz Memorial) whot a 179 to finish 27th. Charlie Renie (Indianapolis, IN/Cathedral) (183), Caleb Selby (Crawforsville, IN/Southmont) (185), and Joe Mills (Lafayette, IN/Central Catholic) (191) rounded out the scoring for Wabash.
