Little Giants from near and far will return to campus for an action-packed Wabash Homecoming weekend.
Festivities will begin Thursday with Chapel Sing, one of Wabash’s longest-standing traditions. Students in the Class of 2030 will test their memory and nerve against “Old Wabash,” the nation’s longest fight song, in pursuit of the “W.”
Friday evening will turn the spotlight to athletics, as nine new inductees join the Athletics Hall of Fame during a reception and ceremony at Chadwick Court.
From there, the celebration moves outdoors, where country artist Tege Holt will perform a free concert on the College mall, followed by fireworks at 10 p.m.
The annual Alumni Chapel serves as the general meeting of the National Association of Wabash Men and will take place Saturday morning. Held in the spirit of Barney Hollet ’36, the event will honor Wabash men and women for their contributions to the College and their communities.
