The Doubleclicks to Perform Feb. 8

The Wabash College Visiting Artists Series presents The Doubleclicks at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8. The performance will be held in Ball Theater inside the Fine Arts Center.

Laser Malena-Webber and Aubrey Turner, the musical duo known as the Doubleclicks, write and perform songs about dinosaurs, cats, anxiety, and queer feelings on the cello and guitar. They have toured the U.S., Australia, and Europe and have totaled more than four million YouTube views.

Their latest project is a musical, “Teaching a Robot to Love,” a sci-fi story about the trans experience. The musical is a queCatch the Doubleclicks in Ball Theater on Feb. 8.er retelling of “Frankenstein.”

Since releasing its first album in 2012, the Doubleclicks have had several albums debut in the top 10 of the Billboard comedy charts, including the 2019 release “The Book Was Better,” which debuted at no. 1.
