Junior Cameron Starnes (Crawfordsville, IN/Crawfordsville) (photo) and sophomore Paul Drambarean (Attica, IN/Attica) were individual winners for the Little Giants. Starnes recorded a 6-2, 6-2 victory at number three singles. Drambarean swept his match at number five singles, winning 7-5, 6-3.
Starnes and freshman Curtis Eilers (Cincinnati, OH/Oak Hills) combined for an 8-5 victory at number two doubles.
Wabash falls to 0-2 with the loss. The Little Giants will play host to Wheaton College and the College of Wooster on Saturday. Wabash plays Wheaton at 9 a.m., followed by Wheaton versus Wooster in the afternoon match. The Little Giants and the Scots will play at 5 p.m. in the final match of the day at the Collett Tennis Center.
