His father, Marc, joined the Wabash English Department in 1987 when Ian was just four years old. The young man, born with cerebral palsy, quickly became an inspirational member of the Wabash College community.
An honors graduate of Crawfordsville High School, Hudson was a volunteer for the City of Crawfordsville and spearheaded the city's recycling efforts.
Calling at Hunt and Sons Funeral Home, 107 North Grant Street, will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2.
Funeral services for Ian will be Friday, January 3 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wabash College Chapel.
Contributions to the Ian Hudson Memorial Fund may be made at the funeral home.
