Virtual Learning Course. Permission required - email registrar@wabash.edu to request enrollment. Meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays May 17 - June 30, 7-9PM. No class on Memorial Day. Class will be a combination of lectures, discussion, and independent work. There will be some synchronous and some asynchronous class sessions. Students are expected to be available for scheduled synchronous class meetings on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.

Friday sessions are asynchronous with students completing independent online work.

Most class meetings will be a combination of lecture and discussion, but some class sessions will be replaced with asynchronous independent or group work. Students are expected to be available for synchronous class meetings during the designated class times.

Classes will be a combination of lectures, discussion, and independent work. Students are expected to be available for synchronous class meetings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Friday sessions are asynchronous with students completing independent online work.

Through this course, students will understand the value, relationship, and distinctions among liberal arts disciplines as they approach questions of how humans practice justice and live in community; analyze and interpret a variety of texts that provide diverse disciplinary perspectives on questions of community and justice; and effectively communicate ideas and insights, and/or describe personal impacts, related to the challenges of building community and working for justice.
