Students in the course will practice translating short texts, learn to workshop and critique translation, and improve their understanding of the complexities of both languages. In addition, students will read and discuss major thinkers on translation. This course counts toward the Spanish major and minor, the Hispanic Studies major, and the Language Studies requirement. |
