OLAB is pretty fast-paced, so no day is "typical." But here is what might happen on the third day of the program as "The Game" starts to gear up.

OLAB: Day 3
 
7:45 a.m.
 Breakfast downstairs in the dorm.
 
8:15 a.m.
 GAME: Trial Decision-Making Session. Meet with teammates and turn in trial business quarter decision (Q2)
 
9:15 a.m.
 BREAK
 
9:30 a.m.
 LECTURE: Understanding Stocks
 
10:30 a.m.
 BREAK
 
10:45 a.m.
 LECTURE: Principles of Advertising
 
12:00 p.m..
 LUNCH
 
12:45 p.m.
 Introductory speeches-- Given by "Labbies" about other students.
 
1:00 p.m.
 GAME: Feedback on trial Q2 decision: which teams made money, which didn't and why. Meet with teammates to make real Q2 decision and turn it in.
 
2:45 p.m.
 RECREATION: Use the computer facilities, athletic facilities, or run errands in town.
 
5:30 p.m.
 DINNER: Cookout on the College Mall
 
6:15 p.m.
 Announcements, News, Introductory speeches
 
7:00 p.m.
 Introduction to giving a stockholder speech
 
7:30 p.m.
 GAME: How to play the stockmarket
 
8:30 p.m.
 Evening social activity--Movie or Dance.
 
11:00 p.m.
 Lights Out!
