Eagle Foundation Will Present Birds of Prey Thursday

Anyone wanting to get a close-up look at an American Eagle or Peregrine Falcon will get a chance Thursday night. The Experience Indiana program will present The American Eagle Foundation at 7 p.m. in Baxter Hall.

The Foundation will present a program on birds of prey and environmental education. Live birds will include a Bald Eagle, Golden Eagle, Peregrine Falcon, Red-Tailed Hawk, Harris’ Hawk, Black Vulture, Barn Owl, Great Horned Owl, Barred Owl, Screech Owel, Turkey Vulture, and American Kestrel.

Additionally, some of the birds will perform a free-flight demonstration.
