Real World 101
By program start, International Hall of Detchon Center was full of seniors.
Scott Crawford, SCC director, kicked the evening off by explaining the program and providing the seniors with several helpful handouts.
Keynote speaker Susan Strayer provided a great deal of information in a short time. She was funny, entertaining, and provided some great ideas for our guys from her knowledge and experiences as a consultant and Human Resurces representative.
Our guys were entertained and informed at the same time!
Mike Gaby '92, a local CPA, provided the financial facts of life.
Dale Smith '78, who owns his own real estate business in Lebanon, Indiana, exlained the importance of a personal credit rating and discussed the pros and cons of renting versus buying.
