Environmental Economics Class on Sugar Creek

Wabash Economics Professor Christie Byun's Environmental Economics class got a close up view of their subject last week, taking a tour of Sugar Creek by car and canoe led by Friends of Sugar Creek Project Coordinator Nate Mullendore ’07. Mullendore guided students to one of the places along the creek where erosion has taken out the banks. Damage to the creek affects not only businesses depending on the creek for revenue, but other businesses dependent on tourism and recreation in the area.
