A 'Feckless' Fiesta—Reception for John Fischer H’70
Professor Emeritus of Classics John Fischer H’70 returned to campus for a rare appearance at Commencement to receive an honorary degree for his teaching and mentoring of generations of Wabash men and faculty. Here he responds to Professor Jeremy Hartnett's introduction—'I never thought I'd see the day—it is Commencement Weekend, and John Fischer is on campus! And we are overjoyed to be in his presence.'
Scott Eggers ’86 and his Lambda Chi brothers organized the reception for Fischer, who was the faculty advisor for the fraternity.
