We begin our quest to "get off the mountain."
Group hug.
Betsy and Walter steady the planks for the first crossing.
With Rachelle's help, Leanah makes it to the next mountain.
We're getting there. Only Betsy, Pam, Damon, and I remain on our mountain.
Rachelle, Leanah, and Mary prepare to cross over to the final mountain. Mary's loving it.
Rachelle's the first to arrive at the final mountain.
This exercise is called "Generation Gap." It's essientially a tight rope walk about three feet off the ground, but a lot harder than it sounds.
Group 1 (Leanah, Audra, Mary, and Rachelle) make its way across the second gap.
Who knew Rudy was a conservative and a "tree-hugger."
Group 3 (Rudy, Linda, Mike, and Steve) struggled a bit, but eventually made it across the second gap.
Betsy and Nick lead the way for Group 3.
Group 3 (Betsy, Nick, Pam, and Damon) made this look easy.
Our instructor, Janel, said this is the first time she had seen 4 hands on the rope in the exercise. That's not a good thing.
Group 4 (Clint, myself, and Walter) get started. Not to brag, we did go the furthest of the four groups.
We're making the turn for home.
