Ishman to Present Senior Voice Recital

In fulfillment of the senior project for his music major at Wabash, Caleb Ishman will give his senior recital on Sunday, February 23 at 7:00 pm in Salter Hall.

Caleb will sing an ambitious program: Italian arias, German lieder, French chansons, and a wide variety of theater and gospel songs.

Ishman is a senior music major and member of the Glee Club and Malcolm X Institute. He has performed the "Star Spangled Banner" at a number of public functions, including prior to the 2002 Monon Bell football game. He also has performed as a member of the Jazz Band and Wamadan World Music Ensemble, and is a member of the Wabash track and field team.

The Music Department hopes the community will come out in of support this talented and versatile tenor. Caleb will be accompanied by Cheryl Everett. He is also a student of Wabash College voice instructor, Dr. Mitzi Westra.
