Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology

The Wabash College Psychology Department invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor position, beginning July 1, 2021. PhD preferred; ABD considered. The successful candidate will be prepared to offer courses in social psychology, as well as courses in an area of particular expertise. Teaching load is three courses per semester.
Strong applicants will have an appreciation for the broad intellectual community of a liberal arts college and a commitment to excellence in undergraduate mentoring and teaching. Candidates with a commitment to teaching diverse students are especially invited to apply; in 2020, Wabash proudly celebrated the 50th anniversary of its Malcolm X Institute of Black Studies, approximately one-third of our students are Pell grant recipients, and one-third of our students are first-generation college students.
