Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Instructor of Mathematics and/or Computer Science

Wabash College invites applications for a visiting position in Mathematics and/or Computer Science, to start July 1, 2023. Candidates hired with a Ph.D. will be appointed as Visiting Professor while ABD candidates will be appointed as Visiting Instructor.
The initial appointment is for one year, with renewal for a second year possible based on a determination of college circumstances and needs. Any specialization will be considered, but preference may be given to areas that expand the breadth of the department. Applicants must have a commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching, an appreciation for the broad intellectual community of an excellent liberal arts college, and the ability to work with a diverse student body. Teaching duties are three courses per semester and include a wide range of courses, both upper and lower level. Please note that Wabash College does not provide any visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this position.
