Financial Aid Services Coordinator

Do you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and making a difference in students' lives? Wabash College is seeking a Financial Aid Services Coordinator to join our Enrollment team.
As the first point of contact for many students and families, you'll play a vital role in guiding them through the financial aid process while ensuring the efficient administration of more than $50 million in financial aid annually.
What You'll Do:
- Guide students and families through the financial aid application process
- Process financial aid applications and supporting documentation
- Manage communications by phone, email, and in person
- Conduct financial aid appointments
- Coordinate scholarships, grants, and student loan processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as institutional policies
- Support daily office operations and Enrollment Division initiatives
- Help train and supervise student employees

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and database systems
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Self-motivated and collaborative
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Administrative, banking, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in higher education or financial aid is a plus, but not required
