In Webmail, when replying to a message, how do I get my signature to insert after what I type instead of at the bottom of conversation?

In Webmail,
Options,
Display Preferences,
Scroll down to:
"Append Signature before Reply/Forward Test:"
Select the radio button "Yes"
"Submit"
