Engaged Compassion—Pastoral Leadership Workshop

a group of men in a meeting

Last spring, Andy Dreitcer ’79 and Frank Rogers led a workshop on "cultivating a compassionate presence" for the Wabash Pastoral Leadership Program in the College's Trippet Hall.  In the photo above, Dreitcer, who is co-director of Claremont School of Theology's Center for Engaged Compassion, and Rogers prepare to get another session started following a break. Read more about their work here. The Wabash Pastoral Leadership Program was founded in 2007 with a $1.5 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. The program targets Indiana pastors with between five and ten years of experience following their graduate seminary studies and invites them to participate in a two-year program of leadership development and pastoral reflection.
