Senior Kyle Prifogle played his final concert as a student at Wabash
with powerful performances of Beethoven's Piano Sonata in F minor
("Appassionata") and Maurice Ravel's Gaspard de la Nuit.
Prifogle's intense style was put to good use on Ravel's Gaspard de la
Nuit, which includes one of the most difficult sections in the piano
repertoire.
Prifogle takes in the applause after finishing the Ravel piece. It
always takes Prifogle a moment to get out of "the zone" of his playing
ot acknowledge the crowd!
The work done, Prifogle smiles as the audience stands in ovation.
Kyle's teacher, Diane Norton, seems satisfied.
