Glee Club auditions for the 2008-09 year will be held Monday through Friday, 25-29 August, and Monday through Thursday, 1-4 September.

Audition sign-up sheets are posted on the Glee Club bulletin board, opposite M-110 (the Glee Club Office) in the Fine Arts Center.

The audition takes about 20 minutes and includes the following:

1) completing a Glee Club information form;

2) singing several short warm-ups (to determine vocal range and part assignment - T1, T2, B1, B2);

3) singing several phrases of one or more easy songs (the director will go over these phrases with you first – you will not be asked to sight-read).

The Director will present the basics of Glee Club membership, including rehearsals, concerts, requirements, and will answer any questions you may have.

The first Glee Club rehearsal for the Fall '08 semester will be on Thursday, 4 September, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM in Salter Hall, in the Fine Arts Center.
