BLEED FOR INDIANA
Wabash Wellness and the Inter-Fraternity Council are excited to announce BLEED FOR INDIANA, a blood drive hosted by the Indiana Blood Center in order to provide blood specifically for our state. Donations stay in the area, and help Hoosiers who are in need.
Every donator will recieve: 1) a voucher for free lunch at Johnny Provolones 2) IM points for your living unit and 3) the living unit with the most donations (%) receives a free Buffalo Wild Wings dinner for everyone!

Wabash wellness INcentive Program!
Starting on February 3rd and lasting until April 18th, Wabash Wellness wants to reward you for your work! Fitness-related activities get you points, which can then be cashed in for awesome prizes! First step: Stop by Josh Boyer's office in the Allen Center to get set up with a recording sheet.
Activities that count for points:
Fitness Classes (any of our weekly options) 10 points
Fitness Assessment with Josh Boyer 15 points
Prescribed Workout from Josh Boyer 20 points
Any workout session (at least 20 minutes) 10 points
Attend a Wellness Seminar (Schedule Below) 25 points
Log your points at the desk just inside the Allen Center weightroom.
**Limit to two workout/activity sessions per day**
75 points = Water Bottle
150 points = T-shirt
275 points = Gym Bag
400 points = Sweatshirt
Most points = $100 Gift Card to Dunhams!
***Varsity/Club/IM sports activities do not count***
midnight fun run
FInals week has come and gone, and so has a Wabash Wellness tradition: the Midnight Fun Run! Thanks to all who came out and participated and got a free shirt. We'll see you all next year!
Open Walking Hours
This semester, Wabash Wellness is continuing a new program in the Knowling Fieldhouse. During weekdays from 6:30 to 8 in the morning and 11:30 to 1:30 in the afternoon, Wabash Wellness will provide the tunes if you provide the exercise! Come out to the indoor track and meet up with your coworkers and friends to walk some laps and work up an appetite throughout the day.
Fitness Consultant Available to Help You Get in Shape!
Josh Boyer, our individual fitness consultant on campus, is available to all Wabash community members to help you plan your own fitness regimen. Do you have some basic questions about fitness? Would you like some instruction on how to use the machines in the fitness room? Email Josh and he will help you get started. Every journey begins with a first step!
