Italy Alumni Trip - Florence Saturday

a statue of a man

Our first stop of the day was to visit Michelanglo's David at the Accademia. This is the replica that sits outside in the city square.

Bill took us to some little known, and therefore, infrequently visited pieces of art in Florence. This allowed us to get up close and personal with the paintings. This one is the Adoration of the Magi by Ghirlandajo.
