One week after capturing third place at the 2011 North Coast Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championship meet, the Wabash squad has been honored for its work in the classroom. The Little Giants were named to the College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholar All-America team.
Wabash ranked 13th on the list of men's NCAA Division III programs with a fall grade point average of 3.29. A total of 40 programs from around the county were honored for producing a team GPA of 3.00 or higher. Oberlin College was the only other North Coast Athletic Conference listed, posting a team GPA of 3.40.
