The Northwest Indiana Association of Wabash Men and its leadership held a reception and dinner event to welcome Wabash President Pat White and his wife Chris to the "Region." On Thursday, May 22 at Avalon Manor Banquet Center in Merrillville alumni, parents, current students, and friends gathered for a Wabash evening together.
The crowd enjoyed a fine reception and dinner before being entertained and awed by President White's remarks which focused on stories of his encounters with Wabash students, alumni, faculty and others. Each story would be linked to an important or unique characteristic of the overall Wabash experience.
Thanks to Len Anglis '76 for handling all the arrangements and host duties for the evening. The dinner was another strong event organized by the area leadership in efforts to build a strong Wabash network in Northwest Indiana.
