The IU SPEA- Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MSHM) is an accelerated one-year, 36 credit-hour degree program that will prepare you for a career dedicated to transforming healthcare management with applicable solutions for the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. This degree is offered in collaboration with the highly ranked Kelley School of Business. You will gain expertise and hands-on training, ready to address the national demand for healthcare managers which is projected to increase by six percent between 2015 and 2023. The Program Director will be on campus to recruit for this program. The MSHM will reserve seats specifically for well-qualified Wabash students. Complete your MSHM in one academic year, and fast-forward your career in healthcare management. You’ll start the summer with a six credit-hour jumpstart course in the Kelley School of Business, which will help you to set a solid foundation for your graduate coursework. Your remaining two semesters will consist of 12-15 credits, including a five day, three-credit intensive course in the spring set in Washington, D.C., leading up to graduation in May. Gain core competencies The core curriculum of your MSHM program emphasizes management and real-world experiences that promote applications of healthcare management.
