Theater Production: The Race: Fine Arts Center T110 Ball Theater, 8:00PM - 10:30PM

THE RACE by Michael Rohd and Sojourn Theater
Directed by Heidi Winters Vogel
September 16-19, 2020

THE RACE is a performance and audience participation event about Leadership and Participatory Democracy. Wabash Theatre is reimagining and building a theatrical event in a time of Covid-19. Incorporating elements of playback theater, devised movement, discussion and listening; this event will be inclusive and open to perspectives and experiences while simultaneously maintaining a space that is anti-racist and anti-hate.

In this era of increased partisanship and division, THE RACE is investigating how theater can promote an active conversation about leadership and campaigns - a race to discover what binds us together as well as what tears us apart.
