Mortenson Talk: Origin of Species: Fine Arts Center Korb Classroom, 12:30PM - 1:30PM
Lecture by Dr. Terry Mortenson, MDiv, PhD, Theologian, historian of geology, and author for Answers in Genesis. He will give a talk on "Species: Origin of Species: Did Darwin Get it Right?" A question and answer session will follow his talk. Sponsored by Wabash Christian Men.
With a PhD in history of geology from the University of Coventry in England, Dr. Mortenson has been studying and speaking on the creation-evolution controversy worldwide since the 1970’s. He also holds a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.

Lecture by George Saunders: Fine Arts Center Korb Classroom, 8:00PM
The Wabash College English Department is pleased to announce that New York Times bestselling writer George Saunders will read from his works at 8:00 P.M. on November 4 in Korb Classroom at Wabash’s Fine Arts Center. Saunders is the 2013 Will Hays, Jr., Visiting Writer. He is a finalist for this year’s National Book Award in fiction, which will be announced in mid-November.
