BIO 202 Electron Microscopy
A laboratory course covering specimen preparation, microtomy, staining, operation of the transmission and scanning electron microscope, and darkroom methods. Offered in the spring semester.
Prerequisite: Biology 101 or 112 and consent of the instructor.
