Outside Users Policy

1. The primary users and eligible individuals that may use the Allen Athletics & Recreation Center and the Knowling Fieldhouse are:

1. Full-time registered Wabash College students, their household family members, and spouse or life partner. Student guests are allowed as long as the student signs in the guest and attends.

2. Wabash College faculty, staff, board of trustees including the spouse, significant other or life partner and family dependents through college graduation age of 26.

3. Emeritus faculty and staff including their spouse, significant other or life partner and family dependents through college graduation age of 26.

4. Alumni including their spouse, significant other or life partner and family dependents through college graduation age of 26.

5. Faculty and Staff are extended professional guest privileges for occasional guest visitation. Faculty and Staff sponsors must be in attendance with their guests during the workout. Guests are typically considered as residents outside of Montgomery County. Guests must sign in at the desk before using the facilities. College community spouses and significant others do not have the privilege to bring a guest.
