Does my CIGNA health coverage cover the Shingles Vaccine?

Yes.  For members over the age of 60 the vaccine is reimbursable by sending your prescription receipt (or a copy) to Cathy Metz in Human Resources. 

Does my CIGNA health coverage cover a routine or preventative colonoscopy?

Yes.  For members over the age of 40 the procedure is covered by the plan at 100%.

Does my CIGNA health coverage include coverage for smoking cessation treatment?

Yes, with prescription coverage for related treatment.

Does my CIGNA health coverage include annual wellness exams with no co-pay?

Yes.  This no charge coverage includes an annual mammogram, pap smear, PSA,  and blood pressure testing as well as routine blood work (sugar, cholesterol, etc.) and a flu shot

Does my CIGNA health coverage include Mental Health Coverage?

Yes, for physician visits you pay a $15.00 co-pay.  Other coverage such as in-network inpatient services and outpatient services are covered at 80%.
