13 Dripsody (1955) by Hugh Le Caine |
| |
| Composer: |
Hugh Le Caine |
| |
| Notes: |
An early tour de force of basic tape composition techniques using the sound of a drop of water falling into a bucket. This classic work demonstrated the use of Le Caine’s multi-tracking tape machine, which synchronized the playback of six individual tape reels, mixing them down to a single monophonic track. |
