Upgraded Armory Lab Reopens August 1
The Armory computer lab reopened August 1, after several enhancements were made to the lab in late July. In addition to new carpeting, paint, and air conditioning, the lab has expanded into the downstairs study lounge, and now features 24 Dell Dell PCs, with Intel Pentium 4 processors, 1GB RAM, CD burners, and 17" flat panel displays. Three Apple iMacs, with G4 processors, 1GB RAM, Superdrives (CD/DVD burners), and 17" flat panel displays, complete the 27-station lab. more...

Server Upgrade Planned for July 15-17
As part of its summer upgrade program, Wabash IT Services will be moving all faculty and staff files and directories from the Scholar, Kane, and Monon servers to a single new server. Wabash Alum Brings First Business to Commerce Park
Crawfordsville Mayor John Zumer described the establishment of a new
City commerce park as a "leap of faith," and the securing of the first
tenant, Polyglot Press, as "a landmark step in the history of
Crawfordsville."
Zumer introduced Polyglot Press and its president, Wabash alumnus David
Scott ’64, to City officials and the media at a press conference on
Tuesday. Scott is president of Polyglot, which is in the buisiness of
digital publishing and print-on-demand publishing. The firm can take a
title from start to finished book in as few as eight hours.
