After running the AWDR report in Summary mode, you may see the following Errors and/or Warning messages:

Error Messages: Error: 0080903 is not in the PERSON file

                Error: 0103172 is not in the PERSON file

                Warning: Totals for award W03 not included on Summary by GL Number Report

                Warning: Totals for award W04 not included on Summary by GL Number Report

Here is the explanation:

The 2 errors about the ids not in PERSON are errors where the ID had been added into AIDE at some time and created SA.acyr records for them but then they actually got purged from PERSON. – so they still are getting selected for report but do not exist in PERSON.

Resolution: Ask IT to delete them from the SA.acyr file

The 3 warnings are because these awards do not have a GL number associated to them because they are of the destination types of 2- Cash Payment and 3-CWS Payroll, and since they don’t have a GL Number they are not included in total you get at the top of the report because they did not post to that GL number.   No action needed.
