Wrestlers Celebrate Season With Annual Awards Banquet

Del Valley Dominates Wrestling Regional
Delaware Valley took first place in six of the ten weight classes at Saturday's NCAA Midwest Wrestling Regional, hosted by Wabash College. The Aggies won the team championship while 125-pounder Chris Sheetz was named the tournament's outstanding wrestler. Wabash was seventh in the 12-team field.     more >>>

Wabash Set for 2008 NCAA Midwest Wrestling Regional
Twelve teams will participate in Saturday's NCAA Division III Midwest Wrestling Regional, scheduled to begin at Chadwick Court on the Wabash College campus at 9 a.m. Tickets are $5 for adults, $4 for students, and $2 for seniors and children 12 and under. Arnett, Tribbett Take Seconds at Midstates
Rob Arnett finished second in the 285-pound weight class and Jared Tribbett was second at 149 pounds at Saturday's Midstates Wrestling Conference Championship meet held at Rose-Hulman. The juniors helped Wabash finish fourth in the final team standings.     more >>>

Wabash wrestlers Rob Arnett and Stephen Mosier both finished 4-0 in Monon Bell Classic Duals competition Saturday at Chadwick Court, while teammate Michael Burke was 3-0 for the day. The Little Giants finished sixth overall in the final team standings.     more >>>

Burke Leads Wabash To Fifth at Manchester Wrestling Invite
Sophomore wrestler Michael Burke won the 184-pound weight class at Saturday's Manchester Spartan Mat Classic to help Wabash finish fifth out of 23 teams in the final standings. Burke was one of seven Little Giant wreslters to earn top-eight finishes.     more >>>

Grapplers Split Indiana's Best Dual Matches
The Little Giants posted a 39-9 victory over Rose-Hulman but dropped a 29-15 decision to Tri-State University at Sunday's Indiana's Best Duals held at Chadwick Court on the Wabash campus. Rob Arnett, Jared Tribbett, and Robert Beeler each finished 2-0 in individual competition.     more >>>
