Evans, Towne Make Finals of Fall Tennis Tournament
Junior Billy Evans and sophomore Lewis Towne advanced to the consolation finals of the Wilson/ITA Central Region Fall Tennis Tournament, held in St. Louis over the weekend. The pair scored three wins to kick off the 2009-2010 season.

Senior Jay Horrey earned a place on the All-North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Team for the fourth consecutive year after being voted to the First Team by the NCAC coaches Monday. He and doubles partner, senior Sean Clerget, combined to earn Second Team All-NCAC honors.

Netters Take Third At NCAC Tourney
Wabash avenged an earlier season loss to Wittenberg with a 5-2 victory over the Tigers in the consolation round of the 2009 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Tournament Saturday at Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. The win gave the Little Giants a third-place finish in the tourney, the highest ever for a Wabash team since joining the league.

Wabash finished 1-1 on the opening day of the 2009 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Tournament. The Little Giants defeated Wooster 5-4 in the opening before losing 5-0 to nationally-ranked Denison in the afternoon.

A tiebreaker at number two doubles proved to be the difference-maker in a 5-4 loss by Wabash to Wittenberg Saturday afternoon at the Collett Tennis Center. The Little Giants followed the North Coast Athletic Conference western division loss with a 5-0 defeat against Calvin.
