Wes Chamblee’s 86-yard punt return set off a 28-point first half here Saturday propelling the Little Giants to the 600th victory in school history, 37-3. Wabash (4-0) joins Notre Dame as the only Indiana colleges, any division with 600 or more wins.

Wabash joined Notre Dame as the only college football programs in Indiana with 600 victories.The Little Giants beat Allegheny 37-3 this afternoon in Meadville, Pa. In its 123rd season of football, Wabash is 600-372-59. Notre Dame had 831 victories entering today’s game against Washington.

The Wabash cross country posted the third-best finish by a Division III team in the final standings of Friday's Notre Dame Invitational Gold Division. The 407 total points scored by the Little Giants gave Wabash a 14th-place finish out of 21 teams in the race.
