Wabash will open the home portion of its 2008 baseball schedule this weekend with a four-game series against Robert Morris-Springfield. The Little Giants were scheduled to play DePauw Tuesday afternoon, but that game has been postponed.

Wabash Spring Trip Ends With Two Diamond Losses
The Wabash baseball team's run output turned as cold as the weather Saturday when the Little Giants dropped a pair of games to end their spring break trip. Wabash lost 5-1 to Rhodes College in game one before falling 3-1 to Millsaps College in game two.

Tennis Finishes California Trip with 6-3 Loss at Whittier
Junior Jay Horrey and freshman Will Pelak scored all three points for the Little Giants in the team's 6-3 loss at Whittier Thursday afternoon. The Wabash team spent the week in California as part of its annual spring break trip.

Senior Geoff Lambert posted the second-fastest time in Division III in the men's 800-meter run at Friday night's DePauw Indoor Last Chance Qualifier to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA National Championship Meet.

Wabash Golfers Enjoy Hole-In-One on Arizona Trip
The Wabash golf team watched one of its hosts hit a hole-in-one during Wednesday's scrimmage against NAIA powerhouse Mesa Community College. Tom Bennett '60 put his tee shot in the cup on the 167-yard, par 3 hole number 14 at Dobson Ranch Golf Course. The Little Giants have been playing and practicing at some of the top golf courses in the Phoenix, Arizona area during their annual spring break trip.

Wabash fell 8-1 to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Wednesday evening. Juniors Sean Clerget and Ryan Waldon picked up the only victory for the Little Giants.

Weather Forces Baseball Plans To Change
Saturday's baseball doubleheader involving Wabash, Rhodes, and Millsaps has been changed due to expected snow and cold temperatures in Memphis, Tennessee. The games will be moved from Rhodes College to Millsaps in Jackson, Mississippi.
